Sales Executive/ Manager 销售主任/经理
1、销售管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划;
2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
4、负责组织的销售运作,包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨;
5、协助公司设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划;

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;

Sales - Non Retails 销售 -非零售渠道
1.配合公司销售目标,制定和跟进销售计划,确保完成公司制订销售目标,处理日常的货款订单工作;
2.选择、发展、管理经销商或其他合作伙伴,建立完善本地市场分销网络;
3.规划、发展、管理现代渠道、批发渠道重要客户;
4.制定所属区域保养/布市/促销计划和具体方案,定期回顾与改进;
5.评价下属业绩,协助下属解决问题,制定团队工作及发展目标,就具体工作为下属做出指导和培训;
6.监督负责区域内的零售价格,维护合理的价格体系;
7.拓展与开发新市场、新渠道;
8.管理与控制销售费用、渠道费用、广告品费用;
9.与客户建立良好的客情关系,获得客户的信任及支持;
10.及时向上司提供客户/市场/竞争对手信息,并提出初步合理化建议。

任职资格
1.大专及以上学历;
2.3年或以上相关销售经验,至少1年管理工作经验;
3.熟练的销售/谈判技巧,并能快速理解公司销售策略;
4.性格外向,良好的沟通、协调、组织、管理能力;

• Assist Marketing Manager to build up Chiquita brands across China 
• To take responsibility for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term Chiquita marketing strategy
• To independently manage Fresh & Chilled Snacking category growth and NPD projects

4. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyzes market, consumer trend, competitive information, and channel/customer to support marketing manager in setting short term & long run brand plan, activation & communication plan to support business growth
• Drives consumer understanding and insights that defines Chiquita’s prime prospects’ needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
• Independently initiate, execute & evaluate brand activations/campaigns to build up Chiquita brand awareness especially for Fresh & Chilled Snacking category
• Leads consumer and brand learning plan development and oversees execution and findings of research studies.
• Lead and participates on a cross-functional team to develop new products, including analyzing information to help set the sales forecast and financials and writing concept statements for consumer testing.

• Support marketing manager in setting up new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
• Independently & closely work with sales team to develop Fresh & Chilled snacking category growth as well ensure the execution of marketing program  at trade level

职位描述:
1- 全面主持日常财务及会计工作;
2- 做好会计凭证、账册、报表等财会资料的收集与归档工作; 
3- 完成各项财务核算及会计业务,负责成本管理、费用支出控制;
4- 准确、及时地做好财务审核工作,负责编制公司财务报表;
5- 定时查询开户银行的余额,追踪银行回单,编制“银行存款余额调节表”; 
6- 定期清理往来账户,及时催收和清偿款项,做好账户核对,组织审计工作;
7- 按月完成财务分析工作。提供及时、准确的对内财务报告,确保财务资料与公司实际经营状况相符;

产品促销员
岗位职责:
1、根据公司的销售计划进行产品促销活动推广,对促销品进行捆绑,协助业务员完成销售计划

3、接受主管的安排,完成销售任务,及时汇报销售数据
